| What did you like about it? What do you remember most? Any fond memories of it? How did you get it? How much was it? Was it a gift? Do you miss her? Why dont you have that car anymore? Man, history, memories... I love thinkin back to my first car... It was a long time ago, ya know, cuz Im like old and stuff... But my very first car was a 1969 VW Baja Bug... It had a 1682cc motor, 2 barrel holley carb, 88mm pistons, scorpion tail exhaust, billet running boards, solid dish rims with big knobby tires... This thing was awesome! I could pop the front tires off the ground... I had a pretty crappy stereo, but at the time, I thought it was the shit and I loved it... Two kicker 10s, a crappy amp, weak tape deck... But the cool thing were these triangle wedge speaker boxes I made, they had a 6.5" speaker and a tweeter I took out of some house speakers... I had about 10 feet of speaker wire, so when we all parked and hung out, I could put them outside so we could all listen to music... This thing was amazing off road, I could follow my friends in their trucks... If I got stuck, we picked the car up and moved it, lol... I remember bein out in the country, we had a fire goin, and the speakers were on top of the bug... It was a great time... I loved that car... I lost her because I was young, and didnt know anything about cars... I never checked the oil... One day, goin about 60 down the interstate, the motor locked up... Its a long story, but the car got impounded, I was never able to get it out... It sucked... To this day, I miss that car... I had so many good times in it, just bein young, hangin with my friends... The girls loved it, thought it was a cool car... My friends dug it because it had a "bad ass system", could go off roading, pop little wheelies and go cruisin around in... I wish I had pics of it... Ahhh, loved that car... :D:D | |

| 1996 4 door civic lx. The nicest thing was the quietness and the super cold ac and dark tint. It was the best thing in the summer. I liked that it was 4 door and that I didnt have to worry about easing over dips and bumps or driving down dirt roads. Man, life was cheaper and quieter back then. I really can't remember why I got rid of it. But I know I got an isuzu rodeo afterwards and I loved that thing too. Except the transmission would slip all the time. Dang, I really want to get a comfortable, quiet daily driver now. | |

| First car I really had was a 88 crx si that someone gave me that had thrown a rod, I was about 15 or 16(man that was a long time ago) I always wanted to fix that thing! I ended up selling it a couple years after i got it to some guy that lived near me for 100$ I used that money to help purchase my current vehicle, the 94 accord lx...I really like the honda and it's been good to me but I think it's finally time to move on to bigger and better things! | |

| my first car was a 1988 CHevy silverodo , single cab . My dad bought it for me when i was 14. it was on air bags, full custom interior and paint ( old school, like in the 90s ) it was burgandy with black scalips and a reversed malborro symbole on the tailgate. and was on 15 " dayton knock off wire wheels with low pro tires.. the interior was fiberglassed and zebra strip wrapped fab. on everything. full custom sterio , it had a blow throw ( subs firing threw bed into cab, [ cab cut out ] 4 15s an two 1000 watt amps ) then my dad sold it. and it was cut up some more ( had the air bags removed, then had hydrollics installed,an removed for baggs once again. then i bought it back an put stock suspension an bed, rack an pinion , back half of the frame , and alot of other work so it wasnt all hacked up )an me and my dad dropped in an LS1 in it and started all over agin with a new paint job ( burgandy with blue flames going down the sides and up the hood ) took out all the custom zebra interior an put clean stock interior )
and thats about all,, needless to say that truck had a rough 20 years of its life, lol | |

| 1984 bright yellow convertible mustang 5.0 with a white top and complete white leather interior and a shity sony xplod deck. Bought it for 1400 when I was 15. had to replace the transmission after like two months and when If I hit a bump with the brights on the the lights cut out completely. I loved it though. I can still remember that leaky top smell haha. Traded it for a boat before I turned sixteen so I only had it for about six months. then a couple trucks, a sebring coupe ( the one with a 6g72 ) a convertible dodge shadow (dont ask it was a gift from a friend), a nother mustang this time a coupe, had badass sound then my prelude, and now my lex. But I will always remember my first mustang, the best POS EVER! | |

| My first car was a Datsun 200sx. Here's a pic: My dad and I bought it for 300$ from a guy that owned an inpound/wrecker lot. We then talked to a friend of his that owned a salvage yard and we got an entire interior for 50$ out of a Notch that had been wrecked up front. Man, we took every single interior piece that we could unbolt! LOL. I went through two clutches and an engine learning how to drive that thing. I beat the snot out of that car, ended up drifting it around a corner doing 60 in a 45mph with three girls in the car and almost died. (showing off of course) I drove it for a couple years and ended up wrapping it around a light pole one winter after hitting a snow bank. The memories I have from that car would make you laugh! They make me wonder how I'm still alive today sometimes!! | |

| My first car was an 88 Chevrolet Beretta with the 2.8 v6 automatic. I added a cherry bomb muffler to it and drove the crap out of it. I loved this car. The muffler actually made it sound like a v8. I had a blast in that car. I drove it everywhere. I even spent about six months without a reverse while I was waiting for someone to repair it. Those were the days. | |

| my first car was an 89 dodge spirit with 59,000 miles on it. i was planning on purchasing it from my parents for $2000. about a month later some drunk chick tboned me in a parking lot and the car was history. 3100 in damage and the car was only worth 2500 or so. so i had to pay my parents the difference of the trade in. my dad got a truck and i wound up getting an 89 automatic ford escort. (cashed in my bonds to buy it) first week of driving it and i hit a dip in the road and the whole exhaust from the manifold down fell off. then everything else started to go. and i got to trade it in for the hatch that i'm driving now. of course at that time the car looked way better than it does now. but oh well. it's been fun. | |

| First car I was driving was my mom's Grand Prix. First car I owned was a '72 Dodge Charger. Never cranked her over though. Basically needed a full frame up restoration. No money + lost the will = sold and bought a 240sx. Sexiest car I've ever owned though. | |

| My first car was a 1984 Acura Integra. Candy Apple Red. It was given to my by a cousign who got married due to pregnancy so she needed a larger car. hehe. Lucky me! It was two door, automatic with a DOHC (haha I do know one thing about cars. rofl). My brother put a "system" in it for me. I thought I was the shit with my two 12 inch Roxford Fosgate subs and the 1500watt amp! It sounded surprisingly good. I wish I had some pictures of that car. I washed and waxed it at least once a week, so it was always shining. Can't really remember a good memory because at the time I had the car, I still had to have someone over the age of 21 riding with me... now the car after that... there was some mad memories in that car. | |

| Heres a pic of a truck thats just like my first car. I was 15 and it was a 1967 Dodge Power Wagon. 4X4 and all. When I bought it with my lawn mowing money it cost me $300 the starter and Alternator didnt work, and all it had were headers with no exhaust.. SO the first day I owned it I pulled both the alt and starter and for some reason we just replaced them instead of having them rebuilt. I dunno why, I was doing what my dad wanted to do. As for the exhaust we just bought an el cheapo muffler and bracketed it somehow to the pipes comming off the headers. I cant really remember how we did it since it was so long ago. Either way we had to do it cause we lived on base and that truck was wayyyyy loud. On the back bumper it had a plate rivited to it saying that it was property of the Department of the Navy so at one point in time it was a navy work truck. We had a huge lake nearby my house on base that was surounded by woods and trails for wheelin. So thats how I learned to drive. We took the truck way out into the woods and tried to get that thing stuck. I remember I could drive over the biggest logs and stuff in the way and that thing never hessitated. I obviously wasnt trying hard enough cause we never once got it stuck. Mine was lifted alot higher than this one from what I remember and the tires were taller. When it was time for us to move down here from DC which is where I owned that truck I sold it for $300 and a brand new dishwasher. | |

| 1985 RX-7 GSL. My uncle gave me his 85 Mustang that was pretty beat up so it sat in the yard for a couple weeks and then some guys bought it for $500. Then, I picked this car up for $500 from a family friend. I eventually put the Panasport wheels on it, suspension all around, Racing Beat swaybars, glass moonroof (rare), 13B 4 port with Dellorto carb, RB headers/presilencer, elec fan, etc. I overheated the original 12A pretty bad when a heater hose busted so I swapped the 13B in it. The transmission died when I was in college in Orlando so I bought another RX-7 on ebay for $100 the same day that it died (and like 2 miles from my house) and swapped trannies and sold the other car. Some kid from Louisiana bought the car in 01 and loved it. | |

| my first car was an 88 accord LXi 2dr. i loved that car to death. bought it with my own money when i was 16 for like 3300. i really miss it. i want it back very badly. i sold it like 3 years ago. i dont know why. i wish i didnt. i guess i figured i had 2 cars, that and the prelude i have now. and i figured i didnt need 2. it was actually more expensive on the insurance with both. i really wish i would have kept it. i still see it driving around from time to time. still looks just as good as it did the day i sold it. it never had a problem in the 4 years i owned it except for one minor electrical problem. when you put your seat belt on the seat belt light wouldnt go out and it would ding for a few seconds when you put it in drive. i pulled the fuse and it was good. lol. | |
