89 Civic Si, JDM EF9 SiR mega build

Tomorrow is the big day, picking up my new car in Mobile, and I will have it out at the meet and drive it for about a week before she goes into the garage for restoration and a whole lot of work, I am hoping by mid end summer to have her completed, and I will update often on this build up

Here is one of the first pics, rust free, and absolutely flawless for this model and year, paint is immaculate, and interior is near mint.

About 40K, 10K in motor parts, 30 in car, when its all done, around 50K total, yeah, to much

Joey, I love my Optima, 4 years and still good to go,
I'm actually going to get a new one, smaller one so it fits behind the dash

And for everyone who never got to see my car back in the day,
this is how she looked about 2 years ago, she will be very similar looking
minus the taillight covers

Accumulated over the past 5 years
Had fun picking her up today, drives smooth, and a little quicker than stock.

That's such a clean car for how old it is. Great find. Good luck with the project...can't wait to hear that beast...

First problem, I got ants, all over the car, just on the outside though, so I set some bait on the car today, there taking it, hopefully kill the nest, wherever it is. Gotta love it

Use INSTANT grits instead of any poison ... Ants can't burp or fart , so when they eat INSTANT grits , the moisture inside their bodies hydrates the grits and kills them by expanding ... it WILL kill all of them , because the drones take the food to their Queens , killing them too , and making them unable to produce eggs

I got a bunch of the Combat little things that they take the bait back to there queen, and eventually the whole colony, die quickly, the combat things work great for roaches, so I'm trying out these.

Just an Eco-friendly way to get rid of them , and to ensure Pets don't get into any Poisons ... plus it's way cheaper too
