"The forums messed up and wont undo my bold now sorry"

Birdy
- Its all in the tune. 19yr olds
again talking as if you have this large amount of experience in the subject. Do
everyone a favor and stop rambling hearsay garbage. I build these for a living
stop rambling like I just have them lying around to drive all day. If you knew
about rotary’s you would know off the bat by my ports what the motor was built
to run at.

LordofChaos - you again
how many times do I have to post vids of shit actually running. Get a life.

Dain - Thank youdibsen - It is all in
how the motor was built bud. There are many things you can do internally when
making high HP to allow the motor to last much longer. As well how much you
beat on it has a factor. The 300 and 400 range is so easy to make you really aren’t
stressing the motor very hard. The upper 5's is when you begin to stress it. If
you just rebuilt a motor OEM you would see around 75-95k at 400HP range and
little less on things like atkins seals or RA seals. You can use completely different
internals mostly OEM though with treatments and easily see over 100k in a
400hp range car.

robbie2883 – Haltech is the way to go man! I take it you are
using them nice stuff bro.

Caim – Yup a shitty tune will destroy the best of any motor especially a rotary.
I would never allow anyone around to tune a rotary I fly Elliot of Turblown in
to tune them or setup days with Steve Kan. Yeah I can be because I know my
facts work to long and to hard for years proven my work over and over for kids
that have not done the same to act as if they received a rotary revelation from
the interweb. There’s reason I earned the connections I have with shops like
Speed Machine with Dave Gibson who recently resigned to take on a higher
venture with Falken and Elliot from turblown and it’s not from producing crap
that doesn’t work. There’s a reason customers ask to be put on referral lists
and reasons they call me 6months latter to tell me about how awesome there car
is. That they had 2 motors built before hand and 4 shops work on there car and
no one has made a product like mine. When it comes to a rotary I have earned
the right to say my motors rock without if ands or butts, shit I just built one
that went to
Alaska. But its not cockiness its complete confidence in
my work.

This is a customers
HB motor I built who is making 450’s now. I built the motor shipped it to him.
Here are the pics he sent me with stock turbo for break in. Elliot of Turblown
has built his new turbo custom 66trim that he runs now. Note my signature motor
colors :-D This owner lives in
Hawaii

One thing you need to learn is to not come somewhere as a newcomer and be a tool. I never insulted you. I put in my $.2 that rotaries are not reliable. The majority of people that know anything about rotaries will say the same. It goes hand in hand with any mod'd car so don't pull the age card on me. You're 24 and totally not as wise as you think. I can tell by the way you speak. I do not care what you do for a living, I will still have an opinion on it. This is a public forum. Forums were originally called message boards and we're designed for people to communicate to one another. This is what we are doing, newb.

Telling people to get a life is another thing. Do you know him? Aren't you on a forum posting like he is? Soo, you twos lives have something in common, right? See what I did? I took your words, broke them down, and made you look stupid. Think before you speak.

Who cares though... Everyone knows the best reliability mod for an RX-7 is to put a V8 in it. No, I don't care what you have to say about hybrid V8 swaps in RX-7s even though I'm sure you'll let all the shit fly out of your mouth again.

Anyway, welcome to race850. It's a good place but you need to either change your attitude or not post at all.

edit: Also, since you want to be rude, I'll drop down to your level for a bit and say that those engine bay pictures look like a wiry cluster fuck. You'd think it would look a lot better since that's what you do for a living and all. What do I know though, I'm only 19 Wink

i gotta say one thing.....you're only 24...bitching about will's experience is kind of hypocritical isn't it? you don't know him or have a clue what knowledge or experience he has.

as for your remarks to chris (lord of chaos) he's the regulator of truth for ALL forums! get used to it. LOL

i believe all the vids aka 'proof' never actually got posted. thats why i asked. a vid of a car running, and pictures of the sloppy underhood wiring job with pink parts scattered underhood do not count as 'proof' of anything.

dont be a toolbag

birdy - You didn’t do anything with my words to make me look stupid. The only thing you did was broke words down to the point of proving you really do not know anything out side of hearsay about a rotary engine. Therefore making yourself inadequately knowledgeable to comment of the performance of the engine. The quality of my work the thing I do to these motors very few builders even begin to understand or study. There is less then a handful of builders who even consider intake port reversion and velocity changes into port design or housing deflection rate per lbs of force in accordance to motor stack tension tolerances. Yet even less who take the care of piecing a motor together depending upon the motors mods. It is one thing to put a motor together and it is another to actually build a motor.

I can pull the age card I deal with kids like you daily it's a waste of my time and never have any money to get work done anyways. Have nothing better to do then start arguing knowledge they read from the interweb without even having any factorial basis to there argument, at least try physics! I spend most of my time fixing stuff teenagers did to the cars before they come to me. Now you want to go on about wiring you really have not spent any time under the hood. The wiring on the pink one is actually very clean it is using the stock EMS and harness you should have been able to pick up on this since you are so knowledgeable. There is only so much you can do with it. But I am crazy and I tend to make them insanely incredible because it was built by me J. I end up taking stock harnesses and doing things like this to them.
oi - Page 2 E68b6b06
oi - Page 2 85c25eb3
And the harness goes back into the car
oi - Page 2 IMG_0710
oi - Page 2 Booster004
See I actually know what every wire in the entire vehicle harness does to the point I can strip the car down wire per wire clip for clip and rewire the entire car to do exactly as I please.

You also seem to show a side of illiteracy, as said in the last car shown I built the motor that’s what I do I am an engine builder, the customer wired his own car. The other car I can show even more pics the wiring job is impeccable! You see you keep coming back to me acting like a spode and I only answer you with experience, fact, proven work, pictures, and the knowledge to back my work. You have not been able to do the same. You can only say rotary’s don’t last and v8s own, yet I see no basis of fact or experience or proof. Until then you are nothing more then a internet nazzi with 3rd party regurgitated opinions.

More of my wiring, I only did the Haltech on this car.

Godddd, man... Put the thesaurus away and quit being a tool shed. Do you think big words are going to change people's opinions? That whole paragraph you just typed is about how I don't know anything about rotaries, haha. The only thing I said was that they are not reliable. Get over it, dude bro. If you're gonna be one of those people that just disagrees to disagree... leave.

No thats because the credability of my work was attacked by stupidity. Therfor I prove agin and again my work and where my knowledge lies. If you want to talk about port reversion timing to corosponding intake port timing to runner length and harmonic frequencys then by all means give me a call. 850-532-3561 and we can chat.

Here is something for starters.....

I am getting some kind of phantom knock with the fd. As if something is transmitting sound from the road through to the motor. I am knocking like 70 under normal driving. I street ported my motor and am still on the base map. Got anything for that?

God man! You're a fucking know-it-all and a whiner!

No one said anything about your work. I made fun of a messy wiring job... who fucking cares, dingus? If you're happy with you're work then be happy with it and STFU about it.

It's already bad enough that you come on here and immediately talk shit to everyone. That's not how it works.

Like I've said before... if you're just gonna keep being a tool belt, take your dyslexic, not knowing how to spell, punk self away from the keyboard.

I am not a tuner that is not where my knowledge lies. My best efforts will start here.

What fuel are you runing. What readings are you seeing for intake temps above 70 and below 70. You are using the OEM knock sensor on the housing? I would like to know what you did for a street port. How much in mm did you advance the port or close the port?
