| So Ive wanted black housing headlights for my accord for a while now. I just cant bring myself to spend the money on them. SO....I went to O'reillys today and bought some semi-gloss black engine enamel masking tape, and silicon sealant. I was going to try and attempt to do it myself today but I got carried away with my project Jeep. If it's not too cold to paint tomorrow it will be done! Has anyone done this themselves before? Run into any snags? | |

| Are you going to use an oven or heat gun to open them? | |

| Oven...I almost bought a heat gun today but decided oven would save me some $$$ and give more consistant heat around the seal | |

| Most important thing will be making sure it's seald up REALLY GOOD...else, it will suck and always get moisture inside... Other than that, common since stuff...like prep work, sanding, taping, etc. | |

| Nice job! 3M makes good sealers for your lights. I use there stuff when moding S5 tail lights on FC's. | |
