Saturday Dec 8th Overboard!!!

There is gonna be a car show this weekend in the parking lot of club overboard in destin, sign up is at 10:00am, the cost to enter your car is $15 plus an unwrapped toy b/c the show is a charity event for toys for tots. 1st and 2nd place trophies will be handed out for each category. Free hott coco for show paricipants

Even if you dont enter your car it would be nice if you came and checked out the cars!!!

Just to let yall in on the show.... There was like 10-15 Cars, which is 5-10 more than the last, LOL, They said there will be another in like feb. but not sure if it is worth the $20 or $15 just to go against 5 vehicles, The trophies cost less than that, LOL........ Clinton with the Gold Acura has a bunch of pics, so Im sure he will be loading them up soon.....

As for the show I think there was high hope for a big turnout but unfortunately when all was said and done I think there was around 15 of us out there. My thoughts on this would be....if the people on this site want to make it work and grow it might help if you show up. You wouldn't have to enter but at least swing buy, if for nothing more than support for local events. As for the $15 entry free, I would agree that the trophy may not cost that much, but had people turned out there were 1st and 2nd place trophies for 20 different class. That equeals 40 people get to go home with something. Also it was for charity so take that into account also. All in all I will give the show in Feb a try and hope that by then more people for the 850 will help support it.

And I dont agree with that Either..... The Judging was Wack! They were decent enough to have an Underconstruction, And the counted me off for having Primer.... Homo! LOL, And yea man, You were there the whole day showing and the blam that guy shows up AFTER judging and 15 minutes after he shows up they give him the first place trophy? Hmmmm..... yeah, lol. thats true. judging was origanally supposed to start at what? 10? didnt start till like 3, they didnt even judge the other guys truck either, they just took a quick look at it, and then said he won. i felt bad for the two guys with the mazdas. lol, they were just chillin there for like 8 hours doing nothing. oh well.
