Be carefull about JDM fog light one of my friends bought some from Ebay, and the siloniod stuck and caught on fire,= burnt his car to the ground, about 2 months ago,( 1993 civic si hatch )

yea i heard about that,but ill be careful,they didnt seem cheap or anything they seemed really good quality so im hoping everything will be fine with them.but thanks for the warning

please stop calling those fog lights jdm. they're not, they're 30 dollar ebay lights and that's what you should call them. don't fake the funk.

i guess jdm means yellow??? but some dark colored lense would probally look better on ur car garrett

Why would you take offense to me saying that Ebay exclusive products do not fit correctly? Do you sit and make them? Do you sell them? Does it pride you to have Ebay brand lights on your car? Are you an Ebay JDM fog lights activist?

I don't think you're any of the above so you need to chill out. It's not uncommon for Ebay parts to not fit correctly or be cheap. $30 for some "JDM" fog lights? Fog lights at all for that matter. C'mon dude... don't kid yourself.

Just as an example, click the link below. They're "JDM" fog lights for a 99-00 civic. My friend just recently ordered a set of these. See the screw holes and mounting brackets on them? We had to cut those off and make our own because they were in the wrong place and the alignment of every edge of the main plastic piece was way off.

JDM has been on a downward slope for the past few years. mainly because of the mainstream mags and coverage. and all the kids who used to be rice boys, are now just buying "whats hot on the skreetz"
