Well...it's a pretty clean lookin car and ultimately it's up to you, but here's my opinion...

I would rather get one that's stock so you know it wasn't as abused. Usually cars that a suuped up like this one was probably abused because of someone racing it all the time. Also, it's at a car dealership, so it was a trade in and a lot of times they don't really know what parts were put on it so if you do want to get it, I would see about getting it up on a lift first and seeing what kind of suspension and everything that's on it and validate the quality of everything. On top of that...it's an 02 with almost 80,000 miles on it for 14g's, you can find an 02 with less miles for around 10 grand and have 4000 left to put the parts YOU want instead of the parts someone else wanted.

Ultimately, to me, a custom car isn't fun to have unless you were the one that chose all the parts and it's YOUR customization. This would be someone else's customization. But it is a very clean and nice looking car and for the parts that it says are on it, it's a pretty good price too. I do dig the TE37 wheels...probably my ultimate favorite. It's all up to you, but my opinion...get a stock one and do the customizing yourself.

but it amazed me how much nice stuff was on it.

i feel the same about modding it myself and having the pride of working hard and building it myself
just ik if i got a stock one i would not have any of this stuff on there because its so pricey.

and i also like this one because it doesn't really have engine mods.
its all visual mods mostly, from what it says though.

but you're right again with the dealership doesnt' know whats on it so there may be more engine mods.

Volk TE37's, yeah, ok, there Rota's, and all the upgrades are cheap, look at it this way, why would the owner put on Expensive Volks, and then put on a Ingen Intake, hell, they don't even list what type of exhaust, dealerships are like that, they probably were told they were Volks by the person who traded it in, just so he could get a better trade in value.

But yeah, at one time I had the chance to buy a super nice car that I really wanted but ended up just keeping mine and build it myself. Though I am still in the beginning stage of the build I am so glad I decided to keep mine and do what I want to the car. I would rather have a semi-nice car that I built than a super-nice car that someone else did.

There about the same, the polished lip gives them away, TE37's are one solid color

I agree with you that they're rota's, but a slight correction is that they could have been Volk LE37's which is just the TE37 with a polished lip. So...it's not completely impossible to have them with a polished lip, but yeah...ROTA's

the le37 is not just the te37 with a polished lip. it's a lower end wheel model and is not intended for actual racing.

I forgot all about the le37's, but usually they come with the stickers, and are installed on the rims, these are real, and look close to what the RSX had, plus, center caps are a plus
