| I just used a vacuum line that was close to the throttle body and went to all 4 ports in my intake manifold.
Worked well. |

| i thought about that.... i should have. but to late now. I think it may just be a clogged vacuum line thats not letting me get the compression i need to start. or at least i hope it is. about how much do B16a bottom ends go for? | |

| disocnnect injector connectors or pull efi fuse, pull all the spark plugs, turn the motor over in 10 second bursts then rest the starter inbetween, reconnect injector connectors, replace plugs with new ones, hope it starts. Sounds flooded or fouled to me. | |

| well i did it it was the distributer the screw form the rotor cap some how made its way to the distributer cap and way drawing current and the ENTIRE time i had my car, it was running on 2-3 pistons. NEVER the same pistons so the ECU could never adapt. and ended up taking 100% of the current away so it was not igniting the fuel. it runs about 200% better now, and Its very very powerful. i found it by accident to, i was checking my started and when i reached for it, the distributer shocked the hell out of my arm, so i checked it out. the only thing i have wrong now is tranny(been fucked up) and oil is a little high from putting seafoam in my crank case, but i need to change the oil anyway becasue seafoam thins it out and i have to put in the spoon magnetic drain plugs. no one could figure out what was wrong. its like "house" but with a car.lol | |

| yea... definetly change the oil. supposed to to it pretty soon after seafoaming it, as it cleans up deposits that have built up in your engine | |

| So indirectly, by telling you to seafoam and having you break your car and have to take it apart, I helped you! No need to thank me... | |

| So...irronically (spelling?*), I wanted to seafoam my car because I was told it's a good thing to do. I did it, it worked fine. Cleared it out and went for the "ride" that you're supposed to take after to let all the fumes get out, I drive about 1/4 mile down the road and the car decides to die on me. Now it won't crank. Acting like it's flooded. It will turn over, but it's like there's no spark or fuel or it's flooded. It was too dark and didn't have a way to get it back to the house (I went down a steep hill), so it's kinda stuck there till tomorrow when I can go take a further look at it. I'm kinda pissed. I don't know if I it's seafoam related or not. Got Cel 15 (Ignition output signal) and Cel 43 (fuel Supply). I had been getting the 43 periodically w/ no performance loss, but I don't know what's causing it. Anyway...seafoam is just bad luck I guess for a couple of us. Hopefully I'll figure out what the issue is tomorrow. | |

| check your spark plugs, it faalled mine out. also check any line that holds compression needed to start(to block) they could be clogged with the cleared out carbonshit. injectors, standard things
I'd be glad to help though. | |

| So if your spark plugs are fouled, can you tell by looking at them? Also, don't think it would be that, because they're not very old (I could be wrong though). Also, it sucks because I don't have an extension to be able to take the spark plugs out. Someone needs to come help a brotha out...
